On Thursday, June 16th, Disney announced the names of its twelve 2011 Disney Legends, those individuals recognized as having made significant contributions to Disney’s legacy. Guy Williams will be among those honored! A public ceremony will be held at the D23 Expo, a fan convention, at the Anaheim Convention Center Aug. 19 – 21, 2011. The Disney Legends Awards ceremony, hosted by TV personality Tom Bergeron, will take place at 11 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 19th, the first day of the three-day expo. See who else is honored this year. Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment has announced the November 3rd, 2009 DVD releases of Zorro - The Complete 1st Season: Walt Disney Treasures Limited Edition Tin and Zorro - The Complete 2nd Season: Walt Disney Treasures Limited Edition Tin. Each one is a 6-disc set with new, never-before seen bonus material that includes introductions by film historian Leonard Maltin, 2 hour-long Zorro specials per set, plus an exclusive Zorro pin and lithograph.
